1. Policy Statement
1.1. Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) and its governing body, the Board of Directors, are committed to promoting and maintaining good corporate governance. This Policy is intended to facilitate the protection of Personal Data by complying with Regulatory Requirements on Personal Data protection.
1.2. AGRA is committed to protecting the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects and safely and securely processing their data in accordance with all of applicable legal obligations. AGRA holds Personal Data about our employees, Partners, Board of Directors, for a variety of purposes as detailed in clause 3.3 of this Policy.
