Fola, a Nigerian national, joined us from The Red Iroko Group, an Africa focused Investment Advisory firm based in Mauritius, where he was the Founder and Managing Partner. An Engineer by training, he has an MBA from the London Business School and further training in Leadership and Management from Harvard University, The Aspen Institute and Tulsa University.

He brings over 25 years of Africa and International experience in various sectors.  He has strong operational, strategic, management, financial and commercial expertise acquired by working with large multinational companies.  He has held several senior executive positions including Chief Executive Officer for East Africa region, Global Chief Operating Officer, Regional Vice President for Africa and the Caribbean, Regional Vice President for Europe and the CIS, Chief Executive Officer for South East Africa and Regional Cluster Manager for South East Asia to name a few.

His experience in over 12 countries in Africa (Algeria, Angola, Cameroun, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, South Africa and Zambia); Asia (Indonesia and Thailand) and Europe (France and the United Kingdom).
