Delphine is the CEO of Allianz Africa and the Chairperson of the Board of Management of Allianz Africa, with presence in 15 African countries, and is responsible for Strategic Direction and Operations of Allianz in Africa including both organic growth and leading M&A activities.
She has over 25 years’ experience in Leadership and Change Management, Stakeholder Management and Risk Management, and a strong understanding of financials and macro-economic trends.
Delphine was twice the CEO of the Year by Africa Insurance Awards and Africa Economic Builders Awards in 2017. She was the recipient of the Outstanding Woman Leadership Award by Africa Leadership Awards Mauritius in 2015. In 2014 and 2015, Delphine was ranked as one of the top economic leaders of Africa.
