Objective: The purpose of this prequalification notice is to request qualified and interested civil construction firms to apply for pre-qualification for renovation works of AGRA office in Upanga -Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Summary of proposed renovation works: The office renovation works will involve Plastering and Painting of External wall and Common Area for Main Buildings, laying Tiles for common area floor and toilets (wall and floor tile),fixing new windows and doors , Major repair on plumbing fitting and replacement of sanitary ware, Installation of new electrical system, Construction of Fence wall and its associated external works, Construction of outdoor kitchen and security guard hut and Waterproofing works.
