Stephen Ndivo, 45, sprays insecticide on his cow peas farm in Tharaka North Sub County, Kenya, on 19th July 2016. Stephen has been in farming since 1983, when he was just a pupil. Today, through the proceeds of his farming, he is able to keep his 5 children in school. Stephen is one of the farmers who deliver their harvest to Mukothima Grain Aggregation Centre. The centre, set up with the help of AGRA, has helped farmers in the area fetch a better price for their harvest by selling in bulk.
