Agriculture in Mali
The work of AGRA in Mali is aligned with the government’s Agropole Strategy, which seeks to address market access and production issues that constrain sector performance by improving sector coordination and the development of a new agricultural investment plan.

Challenges in Agriculture
AGRA’s strategy for Mali offers support for catalytic initiatives that contribute to an agricultural transformation by addressing weak market linkages that prevent farmers and commodity handlers from capitalizing on the growing feed, and improving the limited processing capacity that is currently constraining structured market development.
