Elizabeth Chemengen Titoo

Director Human Resources

Elizabeth serves as the Human Resources Director for the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) where she leads the People Agenda with focus on HR strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition and development, performance management and compensation & benefits.

Elizabeth joined AGRA from Coca Cola SABCO, where she was Country Human Resources Manager for Kenya. Prior to Coca Cola she enjoyed a highly successful career with KCB Group in a number of roles, both as a HR Generalist and specialist. She held various roles including HR Business Partner – Head Office and International Businesses, Group Head of Learning & Development, Senior HR Advisor and Talent Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Eastern Africa-Baraton in Eldoret Kenya and an MBA from the University of East London in the UK.
